Do you want to file a claim?

You can contact us to report any claim for your insured animal from Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
We invite you to report your claim directly through our application, which will guide you step by step. Alternatively, you can send us your claim by email at sinistres@lassie.fr.

Please feel free to contact us directly if you have any questions regarding your claim.

We will reach out to you if we have any questions about your request or if we need additional information.

Are you unhappy with your claim decision outcome?

If you are dissatisfied with the decision or want to know more about how it was made, you should contact the person who handled your case in the first instance.

Still not satisfied? You can appeal the decision within 6 months and request that our review board hear your case. 
Send an email to reclamations.sinistres@lassie.fr and tell us why you are dissatisfied. 
Other complaints can be submitted to reclamations@lassie.fr .
