Are you a Lassie customer and have you had a claim?

To report a claim (illness or accident) for your insured animal, you have 2 options available:

Fill out the form in the "Insurance" tab of our Lassie application. This is the simplest way.
Alternatively, you can send your claim to the following email address: Please make sure to mention your insurance number and include any documents relevant to the assessment of your claim.
