It’s simple: when you take out Lassie health insurance through this page, Lassie automatically makes a €5 donation to the partner shelter.

Q: Do I need to do anything to trigger the donation?

No. The donation is automatically activated as soon as you purchase your insurance through this page.

Q: When is the donation transferred to the shelter?

At the end of each month, we check how many people took part in the campaign, and then we transfer the total amount to the partner shelter.

Q: Why did I receive a thank-you email for my donation?

This email confirms that you subscribed to your contract through this page and that you are therefore automatically contributing to the donation for the shelter.

Q: Will I receive a donation receipt?

No. The donation is made by Lassie on behalf of all participating customers.

Q: Who can take part in this donation?

Anyone who takes out Lassie health insurance through this page. Lassie’s general insurance terms apply.

Q: Will I make multiple donations if I insure several animals?

Yes. For each health insurance policy taken out through this page, a separate €5 donation is triggered.
