Lassie+ is a Lassie membership that gives your dog access to a vet by teleconsultation, personalised training with Dogo, and priority support. It is a membership, not an insurance policy, and it does not replace your pet insurance.

Lassie+ costs €3.95 per month per dog, or €47.40 per year.

For comparison, a single vet teleconsultation normally costs around €25. With Lassie+ it is included, however many you need.

There is no minimum term. You can stop whenever you like, and your membership runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.

Teleconsultations take place in the Liv'Vet app. The first time, you enter your dog's Lassie+ code and the email address on your Lassie account. Liv'Vet then remembers your dog, so afterwards you simply start a consultation whenever you need one.

Each dog has their own Lassie+ code, so if you have more than one dog on Lassie+ you link each of them once.

No. Lassie+ is a separate subscription with its own payment, and it works on its own.

Many members have both. Subscribing to Lassie+ changes nothing about your insurance or its price, and stopping one does not affect the other.
